Julia has a passion for tunings other than equal temperament which, IMHO, enhance the resonance of wood instruments. These tunings, in particular the Werkmeister, were beloved by the ancient masters, including Bach and Mozart. She tunes carefully and by ear, and can tune to equal temperament and A-440 if you don’t want to discover the joy and richness of the alternative. HIGHLY recommended.
